We are located 17 km from Rouen (15 min by car) and 7 km from the freeways (le Havre, Amiens, Paris, Dieppe...).
Parking is easy in our 1-hectare park.
We live on the first floor of the house and are at your disposal should you need us.
Our gîte is on the first floor of the house, with completely independent access via the staircase on the gable.
There's also a dedicated terrace by the river (Le Cailly) where you can enjoy lunch and a barbecue without any worries.
From the apartment, you can enjoy superb views of the river and pond.
The apartment has two bedrooms with two double beds, and a recently refurbished bathroom. Heating, WIFI connection and cable TV (Netflix..) are included in the price. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, etc.).

"Moment de calme dans un cadre verdoyant"
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end du 15 août. Séjour reposant, dans un magnifique cadre. Le bruit de la rivière, les chouettes, les oiseaux ont bercé notre week-end de 3 jours. Proche de la mer à 1h, on peut visiter de beaux endroits. Les propriétés sont super sympas, disponibles et à notre écoute. L'appartement est super propre, équipé de tout, y compris les draps ! Rien à apporter, à par ses vêtements ! Le cadre est magnifique et super bien rénové. On a prévu d'y retourner prochainement en famille. Adresse à conserver ! 🧡💚🤩👩👩👦👦✔✔
